Once you’ve signed up to Google Cloud go to

 

https://console.cloud.google.com

 

Create a new Project

 

Go to IAM & Admin -> Service Accounts and create a new Service Account

 

Then go to  “APIs and Services” and Enable the following APIs

 

Cloud Speech API

Cloud Video Intelligence API

Cloud Vision API

 

Then (still in APIs and Services) go to Credentials and create a new Service Account Key and choose JSON format and store the key somewhere safe. You’ll need to enter the path to this file in the Google AI plugin steps
